Terms and Conditions – VANOC Venue Video

By downloading, copying or otherwise using any video from the Gallery, you are deemed to accept all the terms and conditions of this agreement. You agree that this agreement, including any links referenced herein, is enforceable, much the same as any written negotiated agreement signed by you.

1. Video appearing in the Gallery may be used by members of the media for editorial and news program use only.  Video may otherwise be used by the general public for non-commercial uses only. Any unauthorized use of the video to promote any business, product, service or commercial interest of a third party, including but not limited to use of video in near proximity to any trademarks, symbols, logos, designations or trade dress of such third party, is strictly prohibited. 
2. Video must be accompanied with the following credit: © VANOC.
3. Video must be used in the form that appears in the Gallery. Under no circumstance may video be altered, manipulated, distorted, cropped or otherwise edited.
4. The Government of Canada may periodically modify the terms and conditions of this agreement at its discretion. Your continued use of the images constitutes your acceptance of any modification to the terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to visit this page and check for any modifications to the terms and conditions.
5. The Government of Canada may terminate this licence at any time, in which case you must immediately cease using the video.
