By downloading, copying, or otherwise using any image from the gallery, you are deemed to accept all the terms and conditions of this agreement. You agree that this agreement, including any links referenced herein, is enforceable, much the same as any written negotiated agreement signed by you. 

1. Images appearing in the gallery may be used by members of the media for editorial and news program use only. Images may otherwise be used by the general public for non-commercial uses only. Any unauthorized use of the images to promote any business, product, service, or commercial interest of a third party, including but not limited to use of images in near proximity to any trademarks, symbols, logos, designations, or trade dress of such third party, is strictly prohibited. 
2. Images must be accompanied by the following credit: © Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada.
3. Images must be used in the form that appears in the gallery. Under no circumstance may images be altered, manipulated, distorted, cropped, or otherwise edited.
4. The Government of Canada may periodically modify the terms and conditions of this agreement at its discretion. Your continued use of the images constitutes your acceptance of any modification to the terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to visit this page and check for any modifications to the terms and conditions.
5. The Government of Canada may terminate this licence at any time, in which case you must immediately cease using the images.
